The following individuals are not allowed to enter:

• Pregnant ladies
• ⁠Kids that are below 3 years old
• Customers who have asthma or any medical conditions such as pneumonia and etc

Dress code:

• Slippers and high heels are not allowed
• Only covered shoes are allowed
• ⁠Kindly make sure your kids wear their own shoes as we have limited quantity of kids-sized shoes

All tickets are strictly non-transferable, non-resalable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances, including incorrect purchases made by the customer. Refunds will only be considered in the event of unforeseen external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe haze, extreme weather conditions, government directives, natural disasters, riots, or strikes).

Tickets that have been altered, defaced, or tampered with in any way will be deemed invalid.
